What is Hypnotherapy or Hypnosis & is it safe?

Hypnosis is a perfectly safe, the best way to describe this would be to say, ‘it’s a natural alternative state of consciousness – a deep state of relaxation’ during this deepened state of relaxation you are more susceptible to suggestion, therefore allowing you to make changes in behavioural habits, phobias or anxieties, this is called Hypnotherapy.  Often people say to me that they are worried about going in to hypnosis for fear of losing control, allow me to put your mind at rest, at all times YOU are in control, it is an incredibly relaxing and rewarding experience. Hypnotherapy simply enables you to enlist the help of your conscious and subconscious minds to facilitate positive change and well-being.

Hypnotherapy can promote positive life changes, the emphasis is goal oriented and is tailored to suit your needs allowing you to focus internally, and gaining a new understanding of what, and how you are going to achieve your goals, this is achieved by changing your patterns of thinking and making positive changes is your behaviour.
