I am a registered, experienced counsellor and psychotherapist offering short and long-term therapy to adults and children on a one to one basis. I am trained to advanced Professional diploma level and adhere to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework. I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and I have full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, I also have regular qualified supervision which helps to ensure that I’m working ethically and in the best interests of my clients, at all times.
I am DBS certified by Essex County Council which I keep regularly updated and I Work alongside critical agencies such as the Essex Safeguarding Children Board which means that the children I, and my colleagues interact with, are always awarded the professional protection and confidentiality they deserve.
I have a personal lifelong belief in healthy eating, healthy thinking and regular exercise which, has really supported my decision to help others. I’ve a strong family background in both counselling and child psychology.
Being a hard-working mother, I do fully understand how everyday life and lack of time can impact on us, that’s why each treatment I offer is supportive and effective to meet your needs.
